    Insured Patients

Ms Susana Morley is recognised by all the main UK medical insurance companies for non aesthetic surgery. Patients are strongly advised to contact their Insurance Company prior to their appointment to confirm their cover and to obtain a preauthorisation number which will ease the reimbursement process. Please bring the details of your Insurance Cover when you attend your appointment (Membership no., Group or Company no. as relevant).

*Please note you are responsible for any fees not covered by your insurer including any 'shortfalls'.

Following your consultation you may need certain additional tests (such as blood tests, visual field tests or imaging (MRI or CT scans)) . These tests will be undertaken by the other provider.  The fees for those tests will be determined by those other providers and charged to you, or directly to your private medical insurer, separately.

If there are any fees you will charged for in relation to any tests or procedures, Ms Morley will advice you accordingly prior to arranging them.
